Valleydale R.(Registered) O.(Owners) Association Incorporated was formed in August 1994 as a not-for-profit corporation.

The purpose was to purchase this community and operate it on the basis that any and all profits would be returned to the community in form of improved facilities, improved services and, wherever possible, maintain or reduce costs.

This has been mandated by law to benefit all who reside here.  To sustain the inherent tax advantages of this type of corporation, this community must be operated on a strictly fiscal basis, verified and monitored by the IRS.

We believe we have created a unique opportunity for those who wish to settle here and enjoy this style of retirement life.
