What restrictions exist in the cooperative documents on my right to use my unit?

No immoral, improper or offensive trade or activity shall be carried on within the Unit or in the community, nor shall anything be done which may become a disturbance or annoyance to the neighborhood or other residents. No nuisance shall be permitted in the community nor shall any use or practice be permitted which is or becomes an annoyance or interferes with peaceful possession of other residents.

Are there age restrictions in Valleydale?

Yes, at least one owner must be 55 years of age and the other living partner must be at least 45 years of age. Valleydale R.O. was established for the benefit of older adults and is operated under rules and regulations established by the Older Persons Act of 1995. By maintaining our status we are exempted from some taxes.

How is Valleydale managed?

Valleydale has a nine member Board of Directors, elected by the shareholders and also employs a full-time office manager in season, and part-time in Summer. .

Is there internet in the Park?

Wireless internet and cable TV is included in the monthly maintenance fee and is available in each home.

Wireless internet is also available in the clubhouse.

Is there extra parking?

Yes, limited parking for travel trailers, motor homes etc. by permission. Several areas for guest parking.
