Valleydale RO Association, Inc. is a resident-owned Community with 196 units for persons who are age 55 plus.  A resident-elect Board of Directors manages the 196 unit Community, which is registered with the State of Florida as a Cooperative.  Presently, we have 193 Members and 3 non-Members.

You can obtain a list of resident’s mobile homes that are for sale from our Homes for Salesection.  The mobile home is purchased directly from the homeowner (we are not a rental or sales office) and the Membership certificate is purchased from the Corporation. 

The current cost of a Membership is $25,500 and comes with a 99- year lease.  As a Share Member, the monthly Maintenance fee is $60,which covers the cost of maintenance for all the common grounds and buildings, plus your trash pickup.  If you should decide to live elsewhere or are deceased, the Corporation will buy back your Membership Share at the current market value rate at that time.
